RETURN POLICY

7 days money back Guarantee. *

We have a 7-day’s money back policy. If within 7 days, you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the same and shall be refunded under the following condition. The product should be in an unused condition, with the packaging retained along with all details received.
Once the product is received, our team shall verify the same and once they find that all requirements match, your money shall be returned within 15-20 days from the date of receipt of product. The decision of the MANDOTHIYA team is final.


REPLACEMENT POLICY *

www.mandothiya.com offers a replacement policy for items that are lost & damaged in transit, wherein we will replace these products at no extra cost to you. Damaged goods would have to be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us.


How to return an order:
Please email us at customercare@mandothiya.com / info@mandothiya.com, and let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No.
Send us the jewellery with the original packing materials and let us know the item tracking no by return email once you mail it.
Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including Mandothiya security tag, packing slip and the Pearl(gift)certificate if appropriate, in a freight approved package (the post office has these available if you do not).
Send the package by Priority Registered/EXPRESS Mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges.
Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.

1. In what scenarios does Mandothiya issue refunds?

Refunds are issued by Mandothiya only when,
• the order was cancelled by the customer or Mandothiya
• the customer returned a product and requested for a refund
Returns are not applicable on all the products on Mandothiya.

2. How can I track the status of my refund after cancelling an order?

If your order is cancelled, then you will get acknowledgement via SMS to your registered mobile number or via email to your registered email ID.

3. I've still not received the refund in my account even though Mandothiya customer care says that they have processed the refund. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with the financial organization for the same.
Sometimes financial organizations & banks take longer than the promised time to process the refund request internally. If this is the case, then kindly follow up with them for your pending refund after providing them the reference number given by Mandothiya customer care.

4. How long will it take to process my refund if I opt for a refund after returning the product?

We will process your refund after receipt of the product by Mandothiya or its Business Partner.
You will get an email from Mandothiya when your return in accepted and your refund is processed.

5. How and where will I receive my refund amount?


Refunds on Mandothiya are based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment
options:

a. Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking
If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, your refund will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 4 working days after receipt of the product by us or our business partner. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by Mandothiya.

b. Cash on Delivery / Cash Before Delivery / Cheque / Demand Draft.

If the order was placed using payment option as Cash on Delivery, Cash Before Delivery, Cheque or Demand Draft, we will refund your money through a cheque in favour of the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

c. Gift Certificates / Gift Vouchers

If you have used a Mandothiya Gift Certificate / Gift Voucher for placing the order, refund would be provided only in the form of a fresh Mandothiya Gift Certificate / Gift Voucher of the same value. The same cannot be redeemed either in cash or cheque.

6. Can I get a refund for a part of my order?

Yes. You can request refund for a part of your order if the order contains multiple sub-orders or products; e.g. if you have bought a pair of Pearls set and a Ear tops as two separate products then you can get a refund only for one of the product i.e. either the Pearls set or the Ear tops. However, if a product comprises multiple items as a bundle, the amount of individual items will not be refunded; e.g. if a bowl set comprising 4 bowls is bought by you, you cannot get refund for a single bowl.

7. I wanted to return a product. Will Mandothiya refund the courier charges?

Yes, absolutely. In case, you return the product via courier we advise you to use a reputed courier company which allows online consignment tracking. We will reimburse the courier freight charges @ 10% of your order value (with a minimum of Rs. 100) or a maximum of Rs. 750, whichever is lower. The refund of courier freight charges, if applicable, will be paid through cheque in favour of the 'billing name' provided at the time of placing the order or by issuing a Mandothiya Gift Certificate/Voucher of the equivalent value. The courier charges will be reimbursed only after receipt of the product by our business partner.

Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Do you have a return policy? Can I return my product after it has reached me?

Yes. Mandothiya has a simple return policy under which you can return a product received in a damaged or defective condition. In case of categories like Pearls set and Ear tops, the return policy is also applicable if the product does not fit you due to a size mismatch.
Mandothiya has a 48 hours return policy which means that you can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product by you.

2. Are there specific conditions under which the product returns/replacements may be rejected?

Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will NOT be accepted as given below:
i. Request for return is made after 48 hours of receiving the product by you
ii. Product is used or is not in its original condition.
iii. Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
iv. Product was damaged after use/opening.
v. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
vi. Missing manufacturer tag especially in case of Ear tops and Pearls set.
vii. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

3. Do I need to return the product in its original box/packaging?

Yes, it's important that the product is sent back in its original packaging, original manufacturer tags, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered (including any free or complimentary items).

4. What is the resolution offered in case of returns?

In case of a return, possible solutions are:
• replacement of the product with a similar product (only if stocks are available with our Business Partner); or
• full refund of your money.

5. Is there a time frame within which I can return the purchased product for a return/replacement?

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must intimate Mandothiya within 48 hours of receiving the product by you. As per our returns policy category-wise details for return/refund are as follows:

a. Ear tops and Pearls set do not fit because of a size mismatch/issue.

b. Ear tops, Pearls set if found to be defective or damaged on arrival. The products cannot be returned if the reason for return is other than "defective" or "damaged"
However, if any manufacturing defect or damage is reported to us after 48 hours, we would need a DOA certificate/replacement certificate from the respective Iteam's authorized service centre to initiate the refund process. Without the DOA certificate/replacement certificate we will not be able to process the replacement or refund.

6. Will I have to pay any charges for the returns?

We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups by us are done free of cost.

7. Will you refund the courier charges if I send the product back to you at my cost?

Yes, absolutely. You do not have to worry about the courier charges at all. In case, you return the product via courier we advise you to use a reputed courier company which allows online consignment tracking. We will reimburse the courier freight charges @ 10% of your order value (with a minimum of Rs. 100) or a maximum of Rs. 750, whichever is lower. Mandothiya believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy :
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the urgent requirement category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the White Eye Enterprises marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
White Eye Enterprises does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

Cancellation of an order should be initiated within 24 hours from the time of dispatch of the product (i.e. within 24 hours after the customer receives the email of the product dispatch with tracking id). Post the receipt of the Order Cancellation request, Refund will automatically be processed and the amount will be credited back into his account within 10 working days.
